Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

1. Non-Delivery of Service:

If the Tutor fails to deliver the requested assignment by the agreed-upon deadline and no extension has been mutually agreed upon, the client may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

2. Poor Quality:

If the delivered assignment does not meet the quality standards as explicitly stated in the order details, and if it cannot be revised to meet quality standards. The client must provide substantial evidence of the discrepancy.

3. Cancellation by Client:

If an order is canceled by the Student: • More than 48 hours before the assigned deadline, a full refund will be issued. • Less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours before the deadline, a 50% refund will be issued. • Less than 24 hours before the deadline, no refund will be issued due to the tutor commitment.

4. Plagiarism:

If the completed assignment contains more than a permissible percentage of plagiarism (as per industry standards, typically 10%), and such plagiarism cannot be revised.

Refund Process

To request a refund, the student must: • Submit a written request to our support team via email at calvombati63@gmail.com within 7 days of the order completion date. • Provide a clear and valid reason for the refund request, including any necessary documentation or evidence supporting the claim.

Review of Refund Requests

• All refund requests will be reviewed by our quality assurance team. • The review process may take up to 14 business days. • We reserve the right to offer a revision instead of a refund if we believe the situation can be resolved through revision.

Refund Issuance

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days following the decision. • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during the order.

Limitations

• Refunds are not applicable for minor errors or issues that do not fundamentally compromise the purpose of the assignment. • Refunds will not be issued based solely on dissatisfaction with the tutor or subjective matters not relevant to the assignment criteria.

Changes to Refund Policy

CalvinSite reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be effectively communicated to all users and will apply to orders placed after the changes have been published.
